License Agreement

1. Grant

Subject to an active plan and payment in full, Amira Labs Corporation, a Wyoming (USA) corporation ("Amira Labs"), operator of Genera Stock ("the Service", "we", "us") grants you a limited, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use content obtained through your account in your own commercial and personal projects, such as advertising, marketing, websites, apps, social media, presentations, packaging, editorial-style illustration and printed materials, in unlimited copies and impressions, subject to the restrictions below. The license covers the file as delivered and reasonable edits, crops and composites you create.

2. AI-generated nature of the content

All content is generated by artificial intelligence. It does not depict real identifiable persons, places, products or brands, and no model, property or trademark release exists or is required. Any resemblance to real persons, places, products, trademarks or events is coincidental. You are solely responsible for verifying that your specific use is lawful in your jurisdiction and for any legal clearance your use may require, including uses that could imply endorsement, association or factual representation.

3. Restrictions

You may not: resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or make content available as stock, as downloadable files, in templates, or through any library, marketplace or AI dataset; use content to train, fine-tune, test or benchmark any machine-learning or generative model; claim authorship or register content as a trademark, design or copyright in a way that prevents others from using it; use content as the primary value of a product for resale (such as prints, merchandise or NFTs) without substantial creative modification; use content in unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, hateful or deceptive contexts, including presenting it as photographic evidence of real events or real persons; or use content in a way that suggests it depicts, or is endorsed by, a real person or brand.

4. Sensitive uses

Uses concerning health, politics, religion, adult themes, finance or other sensitive topics must make clear that the imagery is illustrative and AI-generated, and must not present it as a real person, patient, customer or event.

5. Attribution

Attribution is not required for commercial use but is appreciated in editorial contexts, in the form "Image: Genera Stock".

6. Termination and survival

Content lawfully downloaded during an active plan remains licensed after the plan ends. The license for any item terminates automatically if you breach it; upon termination of a license you must stop new uses of the affected item. We may replace or remove catalog items at any time; this does not affect licenses already granted.

7. No warranty and limitation

Content is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Protected Parties defined in the Terms of Service disclaim all warranties and any liability arising from your use of content, and the limitations of liability and indemnities of the Terms of Service apply fully to this License. You are solely responsible for your use, your compliance with law and your taxes in every jurisdiction.

8. General

This License is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, under the dispute terms of the Terms of Service. The English version prevails over any translation. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
