Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The data controller is Amira Labs Corporation, a Wyoming (USA) corporation ("Amira Labs"), operator of Genera Stock ("the Service", "we", "us"). Contact: support@generastock.com. This policy explains what we process, why, and your rights under applicable laws, including the GDPR (EU/UK), LGPD (Brazil) and CCPA/CPRA (California), without limitation to other laws.

2. Data we process

Account data: name, email, hashed password, language, member ID. Billing data: subscription status, plan, transaction identifiers processed by our payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers). Contributor data: display name, bio, profile image, payout method and payout address you provide, mailing address, earnings and payout records. Usage data: downloads, uploads, session tokens (stored hashed), approximate country, security logs and technical data needed to run and protect the Service. Anti-abuse data processed by our captcha provider.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the Service (contract); to bill and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interest); to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation); to secure the Service (legitimate interest); and to send service communications (contract). We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.

4. Processors and transfers

We use carefully selected processors: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, security), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email) and Google (AI processing infrastructure where applicable). Data may be processed in the United States and other countries; transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists and then for the period required for legal, tax and defense purposes. Billing records are kept for the statutory retention periods. Security logs are kept for a limited period. You may request deletion; data required by law or for the defense of legal claims may be retained as permitted.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Exercise them by writing to support@generastock.com from your account email; we may verify your identity. We respond within the legally required period.

7. Security and responsibility

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the truthfulness of the data you provide. Public profile information you choose to publish (display name, bio, images, portfolio) is visible to anyone.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under 18 and we do not knowingly process their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version applies from publication. The English version prevails over translations. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
