Refund Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. Digital content, delivered immediately

Genera Stock sells subscriptions that give immediate access to digital content. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once access is granted or any file is downloaded, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal to the maximum extent permitted by law, including under EU Directive 2011/83 and equivalent rules elsewhere. Where local law grants a non-waivable withdrawal right, it applies only to the minimum extent required and only if no content was accessed or downloaded.

2. Renewals and cancellation

Plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not retroactively refund the current period. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges are not refundable once the period has started and access was available, regardless of usage.

3. Exceptional refunds

At our sole discretion we may refund: duplicate charges caused by a technical error; charges after a proven, documented cancellation made before renewal; or prolonged total unavailability of the Service caused by us. Requests must be sent to support@generastock.com within 14 days of the charge, from the account email, with the transaction details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. No refunds are made in cash, by transfer or to third parties.

4. Chargebacks and abuse

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us is a breach of this policy; we reserve the right to suspend the account, revoke pending downloads, dispute the chargeback with full usage records and recover costs. Accounts associated with fraud, abuse or repeated refund requests may be permanently closed without refund.

5. Taxes and currency

Refunded amounts exclude any taxes, foreign-exchange variations or fees charged by your bank or payment provider, which are your sole responsibility. This policy is part of the Terms of Service, whose limitations of liability, governing law and dispute terms apply fully.
